Events Coordinator is responsible for the successful planning and execution of various events. This role involves coordinating with venues, vendors, artists, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure that events run smoothly and meet the desired outcomes. Also requires seamless coordination with Marketing team to maximize event attendance and impact.

Day of Events Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the on-site execution of events, including the setup, breakdown, and overall management of the event day. This role involves coordinating with, vendors, artists, swappers, and staff to ensure that events run smoothly. They act as a representative for Sustainable Swaps, providing information and assistance to attendees.

Media Coordinator manages our media relations and coordinates media coverage for each event. This includes overseeing our photographers and videographers, ensuring that we have adequate coverage for all events. Additionally, assisting with occasional photo shoots and other marketing content as needed.

Content Creator will be responsible for developing and creating high-quality content that aligns with Sustainable Swaps's brand's vision and messaging. This role will involve creating engaging content across various channels, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.

The Content Editor would ensure the visual quality and consistency of all team-created materials. This involves reviewing and sending edits back to the marketing team or personally editing graphics, ensuring brand adherence, while collaborating with the team to optimize visual impact. -

The Blog Editor ensures high-quality blog content by reviewing, editing, and collaborating with writers to produce engaging and informative articles.
