Also requires seamless coordination with Marketing team to maximize event attendance and impact.

Day of Events Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the on-site execution of events, including the setup, breakdown, and overall management of the event day. This role involves coordinating with, vendors, artists, swappers, and staff to ensure that events run smoothly. They act as a representative for Sustainable Swaps, providing information and assistance to attendees.

The Outreach Director is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential partners to support the organization's goals. This role involves identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of partners, including sponsors, event venues, non-profits, vendors, artists and bands, food and drink vendors, and activism groups.

Social Media Assistant focuses on managing and growing Sustainable Swaps' social media presence. This position involves creating engaging content, interacting with our community, and analyzing social media performance. The role also includes assisting with various marketing campaigns and assorted tasks related to SS’s marketing.

(NYC + BOSTON)

Media Coordinator manages our media relations and coordinates media coverage for each event. This includes overseeing our photographers and videographers, ensuring that we have adequate coverage for all events. Additionally, assisting with occasional photo shoots and other marketing content as needed.

The Content Editor would ensure the visual quality and consistency of all team-created materials. This involves reviewing and sending edits back to the marketing team or personally editing graphics, ensuring brand adherence, while collaborating with the team to optimize visual impact.

The Blog Writer creates fresh, engaging content for our blog on a weekly basis. They research topics, craft compelling articles, and ensure each post resonates with our audience. Strong writing skills and the ability to produce content consistently are key.
